Hours
We are open Monday through Thursday 8am - 4:00pm and Friday 8am - 12pm. During these times, we can make appointments, answer your questions about test results and procedures, and refill prescription medications. Please make every effort to contact us during office hours, as after hours calls should be limited to true emergencies. Should you have an emergency situation after hours, you may call our answering service at 1-866-693-6198. Please note that no medications will be refilled after hours or on weekends.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during office hours. Please be sure to bring your insurance information.
If we are unable to obtain your diagnostic studies, YOU will be responsible for bringing your x-rays and the accompanying radiology reports with you. These tests are necessary for the doctors to make an accurate diagnosis of your problem. If you do not bring either the x-rays or the radiology reports, the doctor may be unable to see you.
Appointments, including paper work, may take up to 1½ hours.
